Okatie, SC- Cecil A. Burch passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013.
He was born in Savannah, GA. He graduated from The Citadel in 1953 and was a founding member of the Savannah Citadel Brigadier Foundation.
Surviving are his son, Kendall M. Burch; grandchildren, Leslie N. Burch and Nicholas K. Burch; great-granddaughter, Charlotte G. Baggarly.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Savannah Progressive Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
